It is not very well known the fact that our sector was originated from an important crisis in the second half of the 19th century, the crisis in the sector of French wine, which was affected by phylloxera. It has also made remarkable progress with respect to its quality and design, adopting new technologies and expanding throughout the markets worldwide.
