It’s a restaurant where you will be able to taste the best traditional stews. It has two dining rooms: one dedicated to the menu, where you will be able to taste specialities of the house such as roasted young lamb or rice with lobster and another where you will have “tapas” or choose meals for today’s special. They change the menu four times a year, by taking into account the seasonal changes.
The traditional cuisine is lifelong home cooking, that one which accompanies high quality ingredients typical of the area with more conventional styles in which raw materials stand out above any matter of design and appearance. In Yecla it’s maybe the most popular option.
