Ancient farmhouse of 180 m2 with the following: living room with fireplace, dining room with stunning views of the city of Yecla, four bedrooms (three upstairs and one downstairs), large kitchen of 30 m2 with every type of domestic appliance (microwave, coffee maker, juicer, kettle, blender, iron, washer, dryer), complete bathroom and small toilet, two barbecue grills outside with terrace or shelter and one grill indoors, private pool from May to September (both inclusive).
