What’s so special about it?
Roasted young lamb “al estilo de Castilla”, our stew made in the wood-burning stove and a clay cooking pot, as well as our big variety of game meat. We also have hams of “reserve”, naturally cured in Sierra del Segura, and lamb and roasted kid. In addition, we serve fish and seafood from Garrucha (Almería). We also serve home-made desserts. It’s worth mentioning its enotourist menu consisting of appetiser with grilled red prawns and main course to choose among: meat, fish or rice, dessert, coffee or a glass of wine from the Designation of Origin Yecla.
One detail:
We serve sweets with a cup of coffee or orujo (“liquor distilled from grape remains”).
